Parameter display and recorder for Industry 4.0 applications

The GEO-FLOTTA datalogger is a production parameter display/acquisition unit that can be fitted to various types of equipment for monitoring and interacting with them from a remote location.

Thanks to its 2 CAN ports and its ETH port, the GEO-FLOTTAinstrument can be interfaced with equipment available on the market, acquiring production data from the internal combustion engine (CAN J1939 protocol), as well as certain characteristic parameters dedicated to individual applications (for example, for CLS pumps we acquire the working cycles per minute and, consequently, the volumes pumped). The system already has a built-in 4G ROUTER for communication with a remote station (either fixed or mobile, such as a smartphone), enabling bidirectional data exchange: downloading the recordings of the work phases carried out, and remotely sending a work plan containing all the information the operator needs to carry out the work correctly.

The customer can also connect to the instrument at any time to view the display content remotely. Thanks to a built-in GPS antenna with sub-metric positioning accuracy, the equipment's location can also be viewed on a map. The data can be viewed on a Fleet management portal, where all of the customer's devices can be displayed along with their respective positions, acquired data sets, and a real-time telemetry dashboard.
In the report generated during the work process, the system acquires all engine data and characteristic parameters, storing them together with the GPS position based on the date and time of execution.
