JET-PILOT PLC measurement system is a read-out and sensor device for the drilling and injection parameters used in Jet-Grouting technology (mono-, bi- and triple-fluid).

Using the step-by-step rising, the JET PILOT PLC can control the automatic rising during the upwelling and jetting phase. In this automatic rising phase, the system can manage up to 4 different layer that can be programmed with different stop time and step size automatically.
Data can be simply downloaded to PC using a standard USB stick.You can show graphics of the data and print it using a simple software called VISUAL-SGD installed into a standard PC.
With this software we can also decide what we want to insert in the print report and what we don't want to show depending on the customer needs. VISUAL-SGD is also usable to check data acquired in order to perform a quality check of the job for each drilling performed.
JET-PILOT PLC is already equipped with the capability to be connected to a 4G, or wireless or ethernet network so that it could be remotely monitored giving the chance to load programmed drills into the system, download data collected or run maintenance tests and procedure.
The parameters can also be displayed on the customer's fleet management portal, where all the customer's devices along with their locations, acquired datasets, and a real-time telemetry dashboard can be viewed.
The Orbital Jet option let you control the speed of rotation of the rod during the jetting phase so that you can obtain directional jetting.
The Steer Jet option let you drill in connection with the CRM Steer Jet drilling rod and measure the inclination of the rod in real time saving a lot of time for the rod inclination measurement compared to other solution.
The Precision GPS Positioning option give you the chance to position the driller on the hole position with centimetric precision saving a lot of time in tracing and positioning operation.
The JET PILOT PLC is connected to precision GPS equipped by STONEX to obtain these features.
